The Process

How It Works

Three steps from decision to delivered. No supplier calls, no chasing orders.

Accept your install quote

Confirm you are going ahead with the renovation. This locks in your start date and price.

Choose your package

Let us know which package suits you and pay the package price to confirm. If you want to swap any items, we share your full selection allowance so you can make changes before we place a single order.

We handle everything

We place all orders, coordinate delivery to site, and make sure everything arrives before your tiler and plumber need it. You do not speak to a single supplier.

Both packages are curated to work as a complete set. But personal taste varies - and that is fine.

How swapping works

What you can change and when

Once you have accepted your install quote and confirmed your package choice, we will share your full selection allowance. You can use that allowance to swap any item for something of your own choosing - different tiles, a different vanity, a different tap style.

As long as your chosen item falls within the allowance, the swap is straightforward. We confirm the change, update the order, and handle the rest.

There is no pressure to decide anything now. The packages work as they are - the option to swap is simply there if you need it.
